E-shop kytio.gr collects the above personal data solely for the purpose of registering the customer. WITHDRAWAL/ RETURN-REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
You have the right to return the purchased products and ask for a replacement a) in all cases where, with proven fault of KYTIO Natural Habits Company, the products which have been delivered to you were other or substantially different from what you have ordered b) in all cases where the product was defective or there was lack of an agreed characteristic.
You have the right to return the purchased products and ask them to change to another product or products until the full amount you have paid, within twenty (20) days of receipt of the product.

Our company is liable for damages, the absence of an agreed property or for a flaw only if it has been caused by its fault, when it is not liable for slight negligence.

For all the above cases, the products for replacement must be in the condition that have been received from the client without damages. Also, the packaging has to be in excellent condition. Before any return it is recommended to carry out a prior communication with our Company. In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions: 1. you have to contact the same day or the next working day with the online store 2. In the case of changing the product, within 20 days with another product or other products up to the paid amount or with withdraw within 14 days, the product should not be used.
